Servicetube-Schedule (the "Service") is provided by Servicetube Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Servicetube-Schedule ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at contact@servicetube.co.uk. By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
The Service is web-based software that lets a business record staff hours worked per client, submit expenses and receipts, request and approve time off, issue staff ID badges, and view cost and margin reporting. Access is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select.
You must be at least 18 years old and, where you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. You must provide accurate account and staff information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your accounts, including those of team members you invite.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan for the duration of your subscription. You must not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent member limits, access controls or other technical restrictions.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not use it for anything unlawful; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; or scrape or bulk-extract data by automated means. You must not upload staff photos, records or documents you have no right to process.
You keep ownership of the data you and your team enter — time entries, expenses, receipts, photos and company details. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide and support the Service.
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. If a payment fails, your account may be limited to read-only access until payment is completed. See our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from the content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
